The SEFA Group announces today that Christina J. Trainor has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. The trainer will be responsible for leading employee development and training, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining SEFA, Trainor worked in large multinational manufacturing companies including Prysmian Group and Milliken. She has managed HR at Prysmian Group North America for their sales teams and has experience managing HR for multiple countries and implementing global recruitment programs. In addition to managing compensation, people development and talent acquisition, she has led diversity and inclusion programs. Trainor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina.
