As a People & Culture Business Partner for the UK, you are responsible for providing the provision of operational human resources to the UK team. You will be passionate about the development of the HR offer to the company in partnership with the centers of excellence.

Collaborate with your stakeholders to support the design and implementation of the people agenda, including engagement, onboarding, talent management and development

· Provide general HR guidance to employees and managers with support from Senior Business Partner and Head of P&C on complex issues.

Continuously develop the HR toolkit and HR processes to ensure managers have increasing levels of service access, quality and efficiency

Develop strong relationships with people and business leaders to enable engagement and success of people and culture initiatives

Coach and mentor staff leaders to develop leadership skills and knowledge to help them become more effective leaders

· Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management using your knowledge, experience and influence to strive for the best outcome for all involved.

Role model values ​​and behaviors to support a high performance culture

· Lead the People and Culture Shared Service function, response time, escalation. and ensure timely management of Workday process flow.

· Effectively manage emergencies, including but not limited to; investigations, disciplinary measures, performance management, absences and grievances

Support the integration of new businesses and business developments,

People and Culture Metrics and Data Quality

Maintain existing audit and data management processes and develop new ones to ensure data held is accurate at all times and GDPR and CQC compliance is maintained

Initiatives and projects of people and culture

· Support the P&C Europe Manager to design and implement new UK People and Culture initiatives and projects, on time and on budget.

· Undertake the deployment, implementation and integration of new initiatives

· Work with Centers of Excellence to ensure group-wide initiatives and projects are well designed with UK business requirements in mind.


Significant experience managing/coaching on HR issues with a range of stakeholders

· Ability to present information in a range of formats to different audiences using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Exposure to a range of HR topics with 2 or 3 in depth knowledge be it Reward and Recognition, Engagement, Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Relations, Organizational Change, Talent and culture, HR systems, TUPE and acquisitions.

Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from a range of data sources

· Strong customer service orientation combined with a genuine warm and professional work style

· Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and efficiently

· Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

· Work experience in the healthcare field is an asset.

· Team management experience
